Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Qordle at qordle.app. By using Qordle you agree to them.

Your account

• You sign in with Google or GitHub. You can also try Qordle as a guest; guest data is deleted after 30 days without activity.
• You're responsible for activity on your account. One person per account; don't share accounts or create extra free accounts.

Plans, credits and payments

• Paid plans (Lite, Pro and Power) are billed through PayPal, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• AI use is paid with credits. Monthly credits reset each billing month and don't roll over. Top-up credits last 12 months.
• When you cancel, your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free.
• Refunds follow the Refund Policy. A payment dispute pauses the account until it's resolved.

Acceptable use

Don't use Qordle, including chat and image creation, to:

• create or share illegal content, or content that sexualizes minors;
• impersonate real people or organizations, or create misleading content presented as real;
• harass, threaten or harm others, or promote violence or self-harm;
• write malware, break into systems, or get around Qordle's limits and security;
• send automated or bulk requests, resell access, or scrape the service.

Messages may be checked automatically for safety. Accounts that break these rules can be suspended.

Your content

You own what you put into Qordle and what Qordle AI creates for you. You let us store and process it only to run the service, including sending it to our AI provider to answer you. Images Qordle creates are labeled as AI-generated, and that label stays on downloaded files.

AI answers

AI can be wrong. Check important information, especially medical, legal and financial topics, before relying on it.

Changes and ending

We may update Qordle and these terms; we'll tell you about important changes. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
