Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Qordle collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account details from Google or GitHub: your name, email and profile picture.
Your content: chats, projects, files, notes, bookmarks (including the text of saved pages) and reminders.
Usage: how much AI you use, to apply your plan's limits and credits.
Payments: handled by PayPal. We keep the plan, amount and status, never your card or bank details.
Abuse prevention: your IP address and country, to show the right prices, limit requests and stop bots.

OpenAI runs Qordle AI. Your messages and the content Qordle AI reads to answer you are sent to OpenAI's API. OpenAI doesn't use API data to train its models, but may keep it for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring.
Supabase (database and file storage) and Vercel (hosting) store and serve Qordle.
PayPal processes payments, Mailtrap sends email, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks for bots.

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Mark any note, bookmark or project file as “Exclude from AI” and Qordle AI never reads it.
Deleted items stay in Trash for 30 days, then are deleted permanently.
Delete your account in Settings to permanently remove your data and cancel any subscription.
You can ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it, under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and, if you're in the EU or UK, the GDPR. Email hello@qordle.app.

Qordle uses cookies only to keep you signed in, and your browser's storage to remember your theme. No tracking cookies.
